We want you to be completely satisfied with your stenciling project, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened stencil kits. Please ensure that the original packaging remains intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific wall or floor stencil items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unused stencils back into their original protective tube or flat envelope to prevent any creases or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse, ensuring you use a trackable shipping method to guarantee delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the stencils and confirms they are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
